What the summer looks like

You’ll be a key part of our culinary team, making sure our members have an unforgettable dining experience. On a typical shift, you’ll be:

• Bringing Recipes to Life: Prepping and cooking high-quality dishes exactly to standard, with an eye on portion control and zero waste.
• Mastering the Line: Jumping in on different stations whenever needed. We work as a unit here!
• Staying Sharp: Keeping your station stocked, your equipment clean, and always following the highest safety and health standards.
• Moving with Urgency: We get busy! You’ll need to stay calm, stay focused, and get those plates out perfectly and promptly.

What you’ll need to bring

• The Experience: You’ve spent at least 12 months working in a high-volume restaurant, resort, or private club.
• The Grit: You’re ready to stand, move, and lift (up to 50 lbs) for long shifts. You’re okay with a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays.
• The Communication: You speak and understand English well enough to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
• The Vibe: You’re professional, positive, and you actually enjoy being part of a team.
