We are gearing up for a busy season here at Grand Harbor Golf & Beach Club in Vero Beach, FL, and we’re looking for 18 seasonal servers to join our team. If you enjoy working around people, love a beautiful resort vibe, and bring good energy to the team, we’d love to have you.

The Basics

• Pay: $18.42 an hour (with room for raises or bonuses depending on how you do, your skills, or how long you stick with us).
• Hours: Full-time, at least 35 hours a week.
• The Schedule: Shifts are all over the place Monday through Sunday, anywhere from 7:00 AM to midnight. You’ll need to be flexible enough to work split-shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays when things get busy.
• Timeline: The season runs from October 1, 2026, through May 31, 2027.

What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like

You’ll be taking care of our members and guests to make sure they have an awesome dining experience. That means:

• Taking orders, running food, and serving up drinks (including alcohol).
• Helping out with setting up, opening, and closing down the restaurant or buffet areas.
• Keeping things clean and sharp—clearing tables, resetting silverware, wiping down stations, and keeping the buffet stocked.
• Mixing it up! Depending on the day, you might be working indoors, helping out at a big banquet, working outside, or even serving guests right from a golf cart.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Don’t worry if you haven’t done this before—no experience is required and we’re happy to train you.
• Communication & Look: You just need a professional appearance and the ability to chat easily with guests in English.
• The Physical Stuff: You’ll be on your feet and walking around for long stretches, and you should be able to lift or move up to 25 lbs when needed.
