Are you looking to spend your summer at one of the most beautiful beachfront spots in New York? Dune Deck Beach Club and The Hills are looking for energetic, professional Valet Drivers to join the Discovery Land Company family for the 2026 season.

As a Valet, you’re the first and last person our members see. We rely on you to set the tone for their entire experience with a warm welcome and a helping hand.

The Essentials

• Pay: $23.42 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience).
• Dates: May 1, 2026 – October 7, 2026.
• Location: Westhampton Beach & East Quogue, NY (The Hamptons).
• Visa Info: We offer H-2B sponsorship, specifically for in-country extensions (if you’re already in the US on an H-2B and looking for your next summer stint).

What You’ll Be Doing

This isn’t just about parking cars; it’s about providing high-end service and keeping things moving smoothly.

• Valet & Parking: Greeting members, safely parking and retrieving luxury vehicles and golf carts.
• Transportation: Driving transit vans or shuttles to take VIP guests around the local area or to the airport.
• Helping Out: Assisting with luggage, giving directions, and helping guests with whatever they need.
• Vehicle Care: Keeping our shuttles clean (basic vacuuming and washing) and doing quick safety checks (tires, fuel, lights) to keep everyone safe.
• Reporting: Keeping track of mileage, fuel, and trip logs.

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience: You’ve spent at least 6 months in a high-volume guest service role (resorts, clubs, or busy restaurants). If you’ve done valet in a luxury setting before, even better!
• License: You hold a valid U.S. or international driver’s license with a clean record.
• Attitude: You stay calm when things get busy, you’re a team player, and you have a genuinely positive vibe.
• Physical Stamina: You’re comfortable standing or walking for long shifts (8+ hours) and can lift up to 50 lbs (think heavy suitcases!).
• Flexibility: Summer in the Hamptons is busy! You’ll need to be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
