Gorilla Contracting, LLC is looking to hire 60 seasonal construction laborers to join our team in Norfolk, VA. If you’re a hard worker who likes being on their feet and working with your hands, we’d love to have you on board.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be doing general physical labor on our construction sites. Mostly, you’ll be teaming up with and assisting our skilled craft workers. This includes using all kinds of everyday hand tools—like measuring tapes, drills, saws, and hammers—to help get the job done.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: None required! We’re happy to train the right people.
• Physical Fitness: You need to be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs when necessary.
• Flexibility: Our normal schedule is Monday through Friday, but we do need you to be available for Saturday and Sunday work if a project requires it. Also, because this is construction, our exact hours can shift a bit depending on business needs or extreme weather (heat, cold, rain, etc.). Sometimes we might even offer extra hours.

Note: We do require employer-paid, post-hire random and post-accident drug testing for all workers.
