Are you looking for a student job where you actually get your hands on the tech? At Hikvision DACH, we’re looking for a proactive working student to join our Frankfurt team. This isn’t just about moving boxes—it’s a hybrid role where you’ll manage our logistics while getting a behind-the-scenes look at our technical equipment and systems.

If you’re a student who is detail-oriented but also wants to learn the technical side of a global security leader, we’d love to have you on board for the next 6 months (or longer!).

Your day-to-day

You won’t be stuck doing the same thing every hour. You’ll be the “engine room” of our local operations:

• Manage the Flow: You’ll handle “sample and loan” orders from start to finish. When a customer or a teammate needs a product to test, you’re the one who makes sure it gets there accurately and on time.
• Warehouse & Logistics: You’ll help keep our inventory in check and find ways to make our shipping and receiving even smoother.
• Tech Support Sidekick: This is the fun part. You’ll assist our technical team with equipment setup, commissioning, and testing. It’s a great way to see how our products actually work in the field.
• Problem Solving: You’ll analyze warehouse data to help us optimize how we work and follow up on customer requests to make sure everyone is happy.

Who we’re looking for

• A Current Student: You’re enrolled in university and can commit to about 20 hours a week (roughly 4 hours a day). If you’re studying Engineering or a technical subject, that’s a huge plus!
• Communication: You’re comfortable working in either English or German. You’ll be using one of them daily for emails and chatting with the team.
• The Right Vibe: You’re reliable, you notice the small details, and you actually enjoy working as part of a team.
• Quick Learner: You don’t need to be an expert on day one, but you should be curious and ready to jump in.
