• Playing an active role in designing, building, maintaining and supporting our systems

What we are looking for:

• 4+ years of professional experience as a Backend Engineer
• Passion for building robust services and strong e2e ownership
• Strong experience with Java/SpringBoot, Microservices and Event Driven Architecture
• Experience with Python or interest in learning it
• Understanding of Docker, and knowledge or interest in Kubernetes
• Independence, dedication and ability to deliver high quality code (both production code and automated tests)
• Strong desire to continuously learn and get out of your comfort zone
• You think that “collaboration” is the most important element of a successful team
• You like to discuss solutions and ideas in a positive and respectful way
• You have a proactive mindset, you know what “ownership” means and you want to be proud of the work you do
• You are flexible with learning and using new technologies and willing to maximize the impact within a team and an organization
• Fluency in English (German is not required)
