If you’ve been driving heavy-duty trucks for years in South Africa or Namibia and have ever thought about taking your skills international, this is your chance. We are looking for experienced CE License drivers to join some of Germany’s most respected logistics teams.

This isn’t just a “job”—it’s a full relocation program designed to help you and your family build a stable, long-term life in Europe.

What’s the day-to-day like?

You’ll be operating 18-ton (or larger) trucks, hauling freight across Germany and through some of the most beautiful routes in Europe. Germany takes road safety and driver health seriously, so you’ll be working with modern equipment, following strict (and fair) driving-time regulations, and coordinating with a professional dispatch team that has your back.

How we help you settle in

We know moving halfway across the world is a massive life change. We don’t just give you a contract and leave you to figure it out; we support you through the whole transition:

• Money & Housing: You’ll start with a solid base of €2,625 per month plus allowances. To help you get on your feet, your first 2 months of housing are FREE, and we even cover your meals for the first month.
• The Language: Don’t worry if you don’t speak German yet. We provide FREE German language training for you and your family.
• Legal & Visas: We handle the “heavy lifting” for the paperwork. That means covered visa fees, free document translation, and help converting your license to the German standard (Code 95).
• Family: Our goal is to help you bring your family over once you’re settled. We provide full family visa support because we know “home” is where they are.

What you need to bring

We’re looking for professional, reliable drivers who are ready for a fresh start.

• The Basics: You’re a citizen of South Africa or Namibia and under the age of 44.
• The License: You have a valid CE license (ideally issued before Sept 2009) and at least 2 years of experience with heavy vehicles (18t+).
• The Mindset: You speak basic English and are genuinely excited to learn German and adapt to a new culture.

A few extra details

• Healthcare: You’ll be fully covered by the German healthcare and social security system.
• Your Flight: While we cover almost all the administrative and relocation costs, you will need to manage your own flight ticket to Germany.
