Company: walsons healthcare
Salary: 2.290,48 € – 4.689,63 € per month
Location: München, Germany
If you’re a nurse who has ever thought about building a life and career in Europe, but the thought of learning German, dealing with visas, and moving across the world feels a bit overwhelming—take a deep breath. We’ve got you.
At Walsons Healthcare, we’re helping both Assistant Nurses and Registered Nurses land great jobs in top hospitals and clinics all over Germany (including amazing cities like Munich). It doesn’t matter if you’re a fresh graduate or have years of experience under your belt—we will guide you through the entire process from day one until you settle into your new home.
The Pay & Benefits
You work incredibly hard, and you deserve a lifestyle that reflects that. Here is what your monthly salary will look like:
- Assistant Nurse: €2,400 to €2,900 per month
- Registered Nurse: €3,300 to €3,900 per month (once your qualifications are officially recognized)
- Time off: You get a full 30 days of paid vacation every year to travel Europe or visit family back home.
- Peace of mind: Complete medical insurance is completely covered.
How we handle your move
Moving countries is a huge milestone, so we make sure you don’t have to worry about the logistics or the cost:
- We cover the expenses: We’ll fully reimburse your visa costs and book your flight ticket to Germany.
- A place to stay: We don’t just wave goodbye at the airport. We help you find comfortable accommodation and support you after you land.
- Bring your loved ones: Once your nursing license is recognized in Germany, we will help you bring your family over to live with you.
We teach you the language and handle the paperwork—for free!
You don’t need to speak a word of German right now. We run our own in-house training program to get you fully prepared:
- Daily Language Classes: We host 2-hour daily classes (Monday to Friday) with amazing trainers to take you from total beginner (A1) to fluent professional (B2). We even provide all your books and study materials.
- Interview Practice: We run mock interviews in English and German so you feel 100% confident when you talk to the hospitals.
- The Paperwork: We take care of the boring, complicated stuff—document attestations, translation, and booking your visa appointments.
Heads up: We have a brand-new A1 German language class starting up this June. It’s the perfect time to jump in!
