We’re looking for a hands-on Housekeeping Manager to join our team and help us maintain the exceptional standards The Ritz-Carlton is known for. You’ll be working alongside our housekeeping, recreation, and laundry teams to make sure every guest room, public area, and back-of-house space is spotless and welcoming.

This isn’t just about checking boxes—you’ll be out there doing daily inspections, supporting your team, and making sure we’re delivering the kind of experience our guests remember long after they leave.

What You’ll Be Doing

Day-to-Day Operations:

• Inspect guest rooms every day to ensure they meet our standards
• Keep the Front Desk in the loop about room status so check-ins run smoothly
• Create work assignments based on priority rooms and expected checkouts
• Make sure your team has everything they need—supplies, equipment, uniforms
• Manage schedules, track attendance, and adjust staffing based on how busy we are
• Keep an eye on the budget and help us hit our financial goals

Leading Your Team:

• Watch how your team interacts with guests and give them real, helpful feedback
• Celebrate wins and recognize great work publicly
• Make sure everyone knows what’s expected of them and feels empowered to do their best
• Follow up on areas that need improvement and hold people accountable

Taking Care of Our Guests:

• Set the example for outstanding guest service
• Handle guest concerns and complaints with grace and professionalism
• Look for ways to continuously improve the guest experience
• Keep guest satisfaction at the center of everything your team does

What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or GED plus 1 year in housekeeping or a related field
  OR
• A 2-year degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business, or something similar (no experience needed)
