We’re hiring 120 seasonal farmworkers for full-time work from December through September. You’ll be harvesting vegetables and melons, plus helping with field maintenance. All our packing and processing happens right here on our farm – nothing gets shipped elsewhere.

What to Expect

This is physically demanding outdoor work in all weather conditions. You’ll spend your days standing, bending, stooping, and reaching. You need to be able to lift and carry 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day, both to shoulder height and across the field. If you’re not comfortable with heavy physical labor in varying weather, this probably isn’t the right fit.

Important Rules

Cell Phones: Personal phones and electronics aren’t allowed during work hours except for work-related calls or emergencies. Breaking this rule can mean immediate termination.

Drug Testing: We do random drug and alcohol testing at no cost to you. Refusing a test or testing positive results in immediate termination.

What We’re Looking For

We need reliable people who can commit to the full season and handle the physical demands. You should be ready to work outdoors in any weather, follow safety rules, and work well with the team.
