What you’ll actually be doing: Basically, you’ll be the heartbeat of the plant. You’ll be feeding wood into the machines, keeping an eye on the saws and dryers, and making sure the finished lumber looks perfect before it goes out the door. It’s a busy job where the day goes by fast because you’re always on the move.

A quick heads-up on the workspace

We’ll be honest—it’s a “real” wood plant. That means it’s going to be noisy, dusty, and hot at times. It’s physically demanding work, and you’ll be on your feet for your 40-hour week. If you’re someone who takes pride in a hard day’s work and likes staying active, you’ll fit right in.

What we need from you

• Language: You’ll need to speak French to coordinate with the rest of the team.
• Background: A bit of experience (1–2 years) with machinery or conveyors is a big plus, but being a reliable team player is what matters most.
• The Essentials: You’ll need a high school diploma, your own reliable transportation, and a pair of steel-toed boots.
