We are the team at RWM Group, and we’re looking for a skilled, trade-qualified Butcher to join our busy retail shop in Nerang. If you’re passionate about your craft and enjoy a workplace where everyone supports one another, you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll be doing

• Handling carcass breakdowns and prepping retail cuts.
• Creating great-looking meat products and value-added items for our customers.
• Keeping things spotless and following food safety standards.
• Chatting with customers and helping them find exactly what they need.
• Giving our apprentices a hand and teaching them the ropes.

Who we’re looking for

• Qualified Pros: You’re a trade-qualified Butcher with retail experience.
• Sharp Skills: Your knife skills are top-notch and you have a great eye for detail.
• Reliability: You’re okay with early starts and can handle the Sunday shift with a positive attitude.
• Team Player: You’re someone who likes to help others learn and keeps the vibe in the shop high.
