What your day will look like
You’ll be part of a high-energy team ensuring every corner of our property shines. Your tasks will include:
- Creating a First Impression: Keeping our hotel rooms, common areas, and private homes in “showroom” condition.
- Indoor & Outdoor Care: Hosing down beautiful pool decks and patios, cleaning glass windows to a sparkle, and polishing brass and railings.
- The Essentials: Handling linens and towels, restocking locker rooms with fresh robes, and making sure all guest areas are fully stocked with the essentials.
- Team Support: Helping out in employee areas, restocking kitchens, and keeping the “back of house” just as organized as the front.
What you need to bring
- A Bit of Experience: You have at least 3 months of guest-service experience (ideally in a resort or club).
- Communication: You speak and understand English well enough to coordinate with the team.
- Stamina: You’re ready to be on your feet, move between indoor and outdoor tasks, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- A Great Attitude: You’re professional, calm under pressure, and you love being part of a team that helps each other out.
