MSB Farm Ltd is looking for 10 dependable General Farm Labourers to join our team out here in beautiful Abbotsford, BC. If you love working outdoors, don’t mind getting your hands dirty, and want to be part of a great team, we’d love to hear from you.

The best part? No prior experience or diplomas are needed. If you have a great work ethic and a willing attitude, we will train you on everything you need to know.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be working directly on-site with our berry crops. A typical day will include:

• Crop Care: Weeding and keeping the crops clean and healthy.
• Harvesting: Picking fresh berries when they’re ready for market.
• Farm Upkeep: Keeping our tools and work areas tidy and safe.
• Machinery: Learning to operate and look after basic farm equipment.

What We Are Looking For

• Language: Basic English skills so we can communicate safely on the farm.
• Education/Experience: None required! Just a willingness to learn.
• Location: This is a fully on-site role at our farm in Abbotsford. You’ve got to be here in person—no remote work available for this one!
