We know many talented builders are looking for their start in Canada, so we want to be upfront: Our LMIA is currently in process. We are actively looking for the right people to join us as we grow.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be a key part of our home building and renovation projects. Whether it’s framing, finishing, or specialized woodworking, you’ll be working with a team that cares about quality. Since we handle everything from small renovations to full home builds, the work stays interesting and varied.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: If you’ve got a background in carpentry, that’s a huge asset. We’re looking for people who know their way around a job site.
• Communication: You’ll need to be comfortable speaking and following directions in English.
• Education: We don’t care about degrees or diplomas—we care about your skills, your reliability, and your work ethic.
• Reliability: We need people who show up ready to work, solve problems on the fly, and treat every project like it’s their own home.

📄 LMIA Status: The employer has applied for an LMIA and is waiting for approval. Canadian citizens and permanent residents are also encouraged to apply.
