What your days will look like
You’ll be spending your time outside in the fresh air, helping our nursery stay healthy and beautiful. It’s a hands-on role where you’ll be:
- Planting & Potting: Mixing soils, planting seeds and bulbs, and transplanting seedlings.
- Ongoing Care: Watering, weeding, and pruning trees and shrubs to make sure everything grows strong.
- Keeping things tidy: Helping with greenhouse cleaning and making sure the work area is organized.
A few things to keep in mind
- Environment: You’ll be working outdoors. It’s a beautiful setting, but the work is physically demanding—expect a lot of bending, crouching, and kneeling throughout the day.
- Experience: We’re looking for someone who has at least 7–12 months of experience in a similar role.
- Language: You’ll need to be comfortable communicating in English with the rest of the crew.
- Education: No diplomas or degrees are necessary—we care more about your experience and your reliability.
