. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Service Manager to join our team in Hamilton. This is a full-time position with guaranteed 30 hours per week, offering an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role in a growing and dynamic business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plans, administers and reviews customer services and after-sales services, and maintains sound customer relations.
  • Lead and manage the customer service team, ensuring high standards of customer care.
  • Address customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely, effective, and professional manner.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage daily operations of the customer service department, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall customer experience.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in the training and development of new customer service team members.

Ideal Candidate

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office.
  • A full, valid driver’s license (required for occasional travel between branches).
