Job Position: International Registered Nurse – Aged Care Job in New Zealand with Visa Sponsorship

Here at Radius Matua, we run a warm, bustling village providing rest home, hospital-level, and dementia care. We’re a tight-knit team of doctors, specialists, and caregivers, and right now, we’re looking for another passionate RN to help us lead the floor.
What your shifts will look like
As an RN on our floor, you are the go-to person. Your day will look a bit like this:
- Real Clinical Work: Doing health assessments, writing up personalized care plans, managing meds, and handling things like wound care.
- Dementia Support: Spending time with residents who have complex cognitive needs, noticing the small changes in their wellbeing, and keeping them comfortable.
- Leading the Crew: Mentoring and supporting our awesome Healthcare Assistants, running handovers, and keeping the shift organized.
- Being there for families: Chatting with families about how their mum or dad is doing, and handling those tough, sensitive palliative care conversations with real heart.
What you bring to the table
- You hold a Bachelor of Nursing and are registered with the Nursing Council of New Zealand (with your current APC).
- You’ve got solid experience in an aged care or hospital setting. (If you’re already competent in dementia care, IV therapy, or palliative care, we’d love to hear about it!)
- You can make smart clinical decisions on the fly, but you never forget to bring your empathy and a smile to work.
