What you’ll be doing with us

You’ll be a huge part of our residents’ daily lives. Most of your day will involve:

• The Personal Stuff: Helping residents with showering, getting dressed, and grooming. It’s all about helping them feel their best.
• Staying Active: Assisting with transfers and mobility—you’ll get plenty of practice with hoists and walkers.
• Being the Connection: You’ll be chatting with residents and keeping an eye on their health, letting our nurses know if something doesn’t seem quite right.
• Keeping it Kind: Treating everyone with the dignity and cultural respect they deserve.

What we need from you

• A Bit of Experience: You’ll need at least 1 year of experience in aged care or a NZ Level 3 Healthcare qualification.

• The Vibe: You’re reliable, you show up with a smile, and you truly care about the elderly.
• Strength: You’re comfortable with the physical side of the job (being on your feet and helping move residents).
