Job Position: New Zealand is Hiring Skilled Construction Workers – Visa Sponsorship Available!
Company: Homeland Construction NZ
Salary: From $4,583 a month – Full-time
Location: Epsom, Auckland, New Zealand
We are Homeland Construction, and we build, renovate, and develop residential houses all over Auckland. We’re a busy, hard-working crew, and right now we need a few motivated labourers to join the team.
Whether you’re trying to get your foot in the door of the building industry or you’ve already spent some time on a job site, we’ve got plenty of work for you.
What you’ll actually be doing
This is a classic on-site labouring role. You’ll be the backbone of the site, working alongside our builders and carpenters. Expect to be:
- Helping the tradesmen with framing, formwork, and demolition.
- Moving materials, loading/unloading trucks, and sorting deliveries.
- Using basic hand and power tools once we show you the ropes.
- Keeping the site clean, safe, and tidy so everyone can work smoothly.
What we need from you
You don’t need a mountain of qualifications, but you do need the right attitude:
- Reliability: You show up on time, every day, ready to get stuck in.
- Fitness: You’re physically fit and happy doing heavy lifting and manual labor.
- Teamwork: You can listen to instructions and look out for your mates on site (safety is huge for us).
- Bonus points: If you have a driver’s license, a Site Safe passport, or have used tools before, that’s awesome—but if not, a great work ethic is what matters most.
Why you’ll want to join us
We genuinely look after our guys. We don’t just offer a paycheck; we offer a pretty sweet setup:
- Visa Sponsorship: If you’re overseas or need a visa to legally work in NZ, we can sponsor the right people.
- Solid Perks: Full health, vision, and life insurance, plus an employee mentoring program to help you learn the trade and move up.
- The Extras: A great referral program, paid volunteer leave, and yes—free food to keep you moving.
