What We’re Looking For

We need reliable, hardworking Hammer Hands and Skilled Construction Workers to join our site teams full-time. You’ll be working right alongside our experienced tradespeople, helping get the job done right.

The Essentials

• Experience: You’ve got at least 3 years of hands-on construction experience OR a relevant Graduation Certificate/Trade Qualification.
• English Skills: You must have a minimum IELTS score of 4.5 (or an equivalent approved test). This is a firm requirement for the visa.
• The Right Attitude: You’re punctual, physically fit, and a true team player who shows up ready to work.
• Bonus Points: If you’ve worked with steel framing or Gib lining before, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Working with the team on steel stud framing and plasterboard installation.
• Measuring, cutting, and prepping materials with a keen eye for detail.
• Using a variety of hand and power tools safely.
• Keeping the site organized and, most importantly, keeping yourself and your teammates safe.
