What You’ll Be Doing

This is a role for someone who truly loves the craft of cooking. You’ll be right in the middle of the action, doing more than just prep. Your day-to-day will include:

• Culinary Excellence: Preparing and cooking full meals and signature dishes to our high standards.
• Specialized Care: Safely preparing dishes for guests with allergies or specific dietary needs.
• Leadership: Helping train new staff and supervising kitchen helpers to keep the line moving smoothly.
• Kitchen Management: Managing inventory, keeping records, and ensuring your station is spotless and organized.
• Events: Getting creative with buffets and special banquets.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: You have 2 to 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
• Language: You are comfortable communicating with the team in English.
• Education: No specific degree is required—we value your skills, your palate, and your hustle.
• The Pace: You’re someone who stays calm under pressure, pays attention to the smallest details, and doesn’t mind being on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
