The Role We’re on the hunt for a skilled Barista who can handle the morning rush with a smile. If you know your way around a grinder and love the art of a perfect pour, we want to talk to you! You’ll be the heart of our coffee station, making sure every espresso is dialed in and every latte looks as good as it tastes.
What You’ll Be Doing
Dialing in the espresso throughout the day, adjusting the grind, and ensuring every shot is pulled just right.
- The Finishing Touch: Texturing silky milk and pouring latte art that makes our customers reach for their cameras.
- Keeping the Flow: Managing the coffee station so it stays clean and efficient, even when the line is out the door.
- Customer Connection: Helping out at the till, chatting with our regulars, and making sure everyone feels welcome.
What We’re Looking For
You’ve spent at least 6 months working in a fast-paced, high-volume café.
- Technical Know-how: You’re comfortable troubleshooting extraction and adjusting the equipment on the fly.
- A Team Player: You’re reliable, show up on time, and are happy to jump in wherever help is needed.
- Availability: Since we’re a weekend favorite, you’ll need to be available for weekend shifts and public holidays.
