Job Position: Construction Labourer Job in Canada – LMIA Pending

We need dependable construction labourers who can handle the physical demands of active job sites. You’ll be moving materials, keeping sites organized, and doing whatever needs doing to keep projects running smoothly. It’s hard, fast-paced work – you’ll be lifting heavy loads, working in all weather conditions, and staying on your feet all day – but it pays well for people who show up ready to work and can keep up with tight deadlines.
What Your Day Looks Like
You’ll spend your shifts loading and unloading construction materials from trucks, transporting supplies around the site, cleaning up debris and organizing salvaged materials for reuse, and handling basic maintenance tasks to keep equipment and the site in working order. The pace is quick and the work is physical – you’re constantly moving, lifting, and adapting to whatever the job throws at you. Some days are routine, others require you to think on your feet and solve problems as they come up.
Who Should Apply
- You can speak either English or French (enough to take direction and work safely with the crew)
- Construction experience is helpful but not required – we value hard workers who learn fast
- No formal education needed – your reliability and work ethic matter most
- Physically capable of lifting heavy loads repeatedly throughout the day
- Good hand-eye coordination and able to work safely around machinery and moving equipment
- Don’t mind working under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Dependable and flexible – you show up on time and adapt when plans change
- Team player who takes direction well and helps out wherever needed
- Must work on-site (no remote option)
