We need experienced fabrication workers who can build high-quality PVC and aluminum windows and doors. You’ll work in our production facility operating machinery, assembling components, and ensuring every product meets our quality standards. It’s loud, dusty, and physically demanding shop work – you’ll be on your feet all day handling heavy materials in a fast-paced environment – but it pays well and comes with solid benefits for people who know their way around fabrication equipment.

What Your Day Looks Like

You’ll spend your shifts loading materials into CNC machines and other equipment, cutting and shaping PVC and aluminum components to exact specifications, assembling window sashes, door frames, and hardware using various fastening methods (screwing, gluing, welding), sanding and trimming pieces to their final form, and inspecting your own work to catch defects before products leave your station. The work is repetitive but demands precision – you’re building products that need to fit perfectly and last for years. Expect to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and work at a steady pace to meet production targets.

Who Should Apply

• You’ve got at least 7 months to a year of fabrication or manufacturing experience
• Can speak either English or French (enough to follow instructions and work safely)
• No formal education required – your hands-on skills matter more
• Comfortable operating CNC machines and power tools
• Experience with aluminum windows and doors is a major plus
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Don’t mind working in noise, dust, and heat
• Physically capable of standing all day and handling heavy materials
• Organized, reliable, and work well as part of a production team
• Must work on-site at our facility (no remote option)
