Looking to do something meaningful with your mornings? Join the team at SPRINT Senior Care as a Meals on Wheels Kitchen Volunteer and help prepare and pack meals for seniors and others who can’t cook for themselves. It’s a small time commitment—but it makes a huge difference.

What You’ll Do

• Show up at Sunnybrook Hospital at 9:00 a.m.
• Label and pack hot or frozen meals with care
• Help move trolleys of meals to the pick-up point
• Assist volunteer drivers with loading their cars
• Expect some lifting and a bit of walking—perfect if you like to stay active!

Who We’re Looking For

• Kind, reliable, and detail-oriented folks
• Comfortable with a bit of lifting and stairs
• Interested in community and senior care
• Must complete a quick police background check

We’ve Got You Covered

We’ll provide all the training you need, including:

• Online orientation
• Safety guidelines
• On-the-job support from our Meals on Wheels Supervisor
