As a Customer Support Center Assistant, your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- We find solutions to customer problems and make sure we reach our goal of resolving the first call
- Please respond to all customer inquiries within the stipulated deadlines through our various communication channels
- Investigate complex cases, contact IKEA service providers, and assess the quality and warranty related issues
- Support your customers’ shopping experience by allowing them to shop remotely.
