Our restaurants in Manly, Balgowlah, Potts Point, and Cammeray are busier than ever, which is wonderful, but it also means we need more skilled hands in the kitchen. After twenty years in this business, we’ve learned that finding the right people is everything.

The Reality of These Positions

We have openings for both sushi preparation and hot kitchen work. These aren’t easy jobs – Japanese cuisine demands precision, and our customers have high expectations. But if you’re the kind of person who finds satisfaction in mastering difficult techniques and creating something beautiful every day, then we should talk.

We won’t sugarcoat it: the pace can be intense, especially during weekend service. But we also won’t ask you to do anything we haven’t done ourselves many times over.
