We’re getting ready for the upcoming strawberry season in Nipomo, and we need a solid team to help us bring in the harvest. If you have experience in the fields and take pride in doing a great job, we’d love to have you join our crew.

What You’ll Be Doing

This is hands-on ground harvesting in our conventional strawberry fields. It’s a fast-paced environment where quality is everything.

• Picking & Packing: You’ll be in the rows, spotting the best berries and packing them directly into trays and clamshells for the market.
• Quality Control: You’ll need to quickly judge the ripeness and size of the fruit to make sure only the best strawberries make the cut.
• Staying on Pace: You’ll be working in a team, keeping up with the harvest flow and making sure everything is handled efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

• Professionalism: We keep a clean, safe workplace—no smoking, alcohol, or firearms are allowed in the fields or in company housing.eam.
• Proven Experience: You must have at least one month of strawberry harvesting under your belt.
• Physical Strength: This is a demanding job. You’ll be bending, stooping, and walking all day, and you’ll need to be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Weather-Ready: We work through rain, wind, and cold. You should be comfortable working in conditions where you’ll definitely get a little muddy and dirty.
