We’re Kaipara Dental in Dargaville, and we’re looking for a dentist to join our small, friendly team. Whether you’re experienced, a recent grad, or still early in your career—we’d love to chat with you.

This isn’t your typical corporate dental job. We’re a high-needs community clinic, which means the work you do here genuinely makes a difference in people’s lives. You’ll be using all those skills you trained so hard for, helping people who really need it, and getting paid well to do it.

There’s also a real opportunity here: if things go well and you’re interested, there’s potential to buy into the practice or step up as Senior Dentist down the track.

What we’ll help with

Getting here

• We’ll cover your flights and baggage, or petrol if you’re driving up

Somewhere to live

• Option 1: Furnished 2-bedroom house, walking distance to the clinic. Normally $425/week—you pay half ($212.50/week, water included)
• Option 2: Modern 1-bedroom flat. Normally $325/week—you pay half ($162.50/week, water included)
• Plus: We’ll give you a car to use for personal stuff too

• Dental certificates and paperwork you need for work? We’ve got it covered while you’re getting started
• Visa sponsorship and accreditation support if you need it (we’re accredited employers with Immigration NZ)
• Mentorship from our Senior Dentist—you’re not on your own
