Do you like working with your hands and seeing a finished product at the end of the day? At Damabois, we take high-quality wood and turn it into the pallets and boxes that keep the world’s shipping moving. We’re looking for 4 reliable people to join our assembly crew in Saint-Philippe-de-Néri.

If you’re a hard worker who is ready to move to one of the most scenic parts of Quebec, we’d love to have you on the floor with us.

What the work is actually like

This isn’t a desk job—it’s active, fast-paced, and keeps you moving. You’ll spend your shift:

• Constructing Wood Products: You’ll be hands-on, building wooden pallets, boxes, and even window sashes.
• Mastering the Tools: You’ll use your manual dexterity to assemble products quickly and accurately.
• Staying Active: You’ll be lifting and moving wood pieces that weigh anywhere from 30 lbs (13.5 kg) to 50 lbs (23 kg).
• The Shop Vibe: Our facility is a busy, noisy, and dusty wood-processing environment. It’s honest work for people who don’t mind getting their hands a little dirty.

What we’re looking for

• French Speakers: Since we are located in the heart of Quebec, being able to communicate in French is a must for our team.
• A Great Work Ethic: You don’t need a fancy degree here. If you are reliable, show up on time, and can handle a physically demanding job, you’re exactly who we want.
• Attention to Detail: Even in a fast environment, we care about quality. We need people who are organized and take pride in their work.
• Experience: If you’ve worked with wood before, that’s great! If not, but you’re a quick learner, we still want to hear from you.
