Flinders View Primary School is located in Port Augusta, a small city about 322 kilometres north of the state capital, Adelaide. Formerly a seaport, it is now a road traffic and railway junction city with much to be discovered about the history as a traditional meeting place for Aboriginal people. Our unique location means you can explore the inviting Spencer Gulf waters from kayaking to catching a kingfish, and you will enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the stunning scenery. You can also discover the magic of the Outback or nearby Flinders Ranges before returning to all the comforts our regional City offers.The successful applicant will work as part of an Early Years team implementing an early childhood education preschool program for 4 days, 1 day of which is admin and will also work in a Reception-1 class, one day per week.In addition to the salary, other financial incentives may apply depending on the site location: Teaching opportunities in country South Australia (education.sa.gov.au).If you are a passionate educator ready to embark on a rewarding career with Flinders View CPC, we want to hear from you.
