You will be working as part of the Engineering team, providing electrical maintenance of equipment, processes and services to ensure optimal plant performance.About the LocationLocated in far North-West Tasmania, the Circular Head municipality – The Edge of the World – covers an area of 4,917km2. • Responsible for the service, maintenance and repair of electrical systems of the plant equipment.
• Work alongside the production teams to ensure maximum availability and efficiency of our production facility.
• Respond to breakdown calls during your shift to ensure minimal equipment downtime.
• Participate in the maintenance programs through SAP that includes preventative, corrective and breakdown responses.
• Working on a predominantly 12 Hour Shift rotating roster. Shift allowances and overtime being remunerated accordingly for a competitive salary.

About You
We are looking an individual who will be on the tools and has

• A grade electrical licence (must be eligible to hold a Tasmanian licence)
• Strong skills in fault finding and problem solving
• Current CPR certificate, preferably with a LVR certificate

• Experience in instrumentation desired but not essential
• The ability to safely work as an individual and within a team environment and follow Company policy and procedures
• Ability to work 12 hour shifts
• Work collaboratively with others across the organisation
• Willingness and ability to learn and develop skills on the job
• PLC experience desirable
• Previous manufacturing / production plant experience desirable
