What the job looks like

You’ll start out on a casual basis but with guaranteed full-time hours (38 hours a week, Monday to Friday). Once you clear your initial trial period, you’ll be offered a permanent, full-time contract.

The schedule runs on a rotating roster:

  • 2 weeks on Day shift
  • 2 weeks on Afternoon shift
  • 2 weeks on Night shift (Shifts are 8 hours, and there is regular overtime available with penalty rates to help boost your paycheck).

Do you need experience?

If you’ve operated automated machinery before, that’s awesome, but it’s definitely not a dealbreaker. The team provides full training on the job. If you have a background in manufacturing or an LF Forklift license, that’s a huge bonus!

What you actually need to have:

  • Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia (this is a must).
  • A reliable way to get to work every day.
  • Physical fitness to lift up to 15kg.
  • Good attention to detail (like reading basic plans and measurements).
  • Ability to pass a standard drug and alcohol test.
