The Technical Stuff (What you’ll need)

• A Cert III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) and at least 1 year of solid industry experience.
• The flexibility to work weekends and public holidays (it’s hospitality, after all!).
• Visa Status: While full Australian working rights (PR/Citizenship) are fantastic, we know talent comes from everywhere. For the right candidate, we are open to offering TSS 482 Visa Sponsorship, provided you meet the standard Australian immigration criteria.
