The Heart of the Role

As a Childcare Educator with us, you’ll be doing much more than “babysitting.” You’ll be:

  • Creating Magic: Planning play-based learning that helps kids (ages 0-6) grow socially and emotionally.
  • Building Bonds: Developing real, trusting relationships with local families.
  • Leading the Way: Acting as a mentor for our trainees and students, and stepping up to help manage the center’s day-to-day vibe.
  • Keeping Kids Safe: Ensuring our centers are inclusive, happy, and meet all safety standards.

Are you the one we’re looking for?

We need people who truly care about the future of children and the strength of regional communities.

The Essentials:

  • A Diploma in Children’s Services.
  • Solid knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
  • The ability to lead a team and keep communication open and friendly.
  • A valid WA Working With Children Check (WWCC), Police Clearance, and a Driver’s License.

The Bonus Points:

  • Experience supporting other staff with programming or admin.
  • A “can-do” attitude and the ability to work within a busy team.
  • Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates.

  • Heartland: Narrogin, Merredin, Corrigin, Brookton.
