As our Full Stack Engineer YOU will:

• Use React, and TypeScript to write clean and high performance code, experience with Java (latest versions) and Spring Boot
• Use testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress, and Mockito
• Work closely with our stakeholders from the Business Operations department and product team and live cross-team collaboration regularly.
• Support the architecture team in their vision to clean up our legacy application landscape (mostly written in Java) and replace it with persistent solutions.
• Be an active team member of refactoring and scaling our applications.
• Have knowledge about technologies like Kubernetes, AWS, and Terraform is a plus.
• Build a system in the spirit of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

What your profile should look like:

• You have a solid background in software engineering with 2+ year of proven experience in Full Stack development.
• You feel comfortable in creating performant web applications utilizing advanced concepts of modern JavaScript (ES5, ES6) and TypeScript in combination with React.
• You bring experience in designing and implementing REST APIs and in the ideal case you are already collected initial hands-on experience with using Micro frontend Solutions with NX Monorepo.
• You are not afraid of getting your hands dirty on Java/JavaScript applications and transforming legacy user cases into our new tech stack.
• You know how to use PostgreSQL in your daily basis.
• You bring a hands-on mentality, an open-minded way of solving problems and you are not afraid of trying new paths of improvement which might lead to failure in the short-term, but enhanced team and software performance, as well as company success in the long-term.
• Initial experience in delivering production-facing systems via AWS cloud services is a plus, as well as being familiar with the concept of Kubernetes.
