About the role

Reporting to the Packaging Graphics Lead, you will play a vital role within our business in ensuring our labels are compliant with national and international legislation. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to help us roll out more transparent labelling for consumers and support the delivery of our new product development pipeline as well as update existing products.

  • Support the roll-out of consumer health and responsible drinking messaging on all TWE branded labels
  • work on internationally renowned brands while you review and identify updates for product packaging in line with international and national compliance requirements
  • Hone your skills as you work with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, create job briefs and gain approval for proposed label changes aligned to current branding guidelines
  • Work with external stakeholders to communicate changes in an efficient manner
  • Create GS1 barcode verification reports for new products

About you

As our Packaging Graphics Coordinator, you enjoy being the conduit that keeps projects and teams moving forward. You pride yourself on ensuring things are done right the first time.

  • The ability to work efficiently while maintaining high levels of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build and develop working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrable experience working within a team as well as autonomously
  • Initiative and problem-solving skills – you are happy to at times work within ambiguity
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Knowledge of quality systems and processes, or food and beverage (ideally wine) labelling requirements will be highly regarded
