We’re looking for a Pizza Chef who gets genuinely excited about perfectly charred crusts and knows that the secret ingredient is always passion.

This isn’t your typical “make food, get paid” gig. You’ll be joining a family of food fanatics who believe every pizza tells a story, and honestly, we’re pretty obsessed with making sure it’s a good one. If you’re the type who dreams in dough percentages and gets a little thrill when you nail that perfect leopard-spotted crust, we should probably talk.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

• Crafting pizzas that make people’s day better – seriously, we’ve seen grown adults cry over our margherita
• Working with ingredients that have stories – we know our farmers by name and our tomatoes by taste
• Keeping things smooth when the heat’s on – both literally (hello, 900°F oven) and figuratively (Saturday night rush, anyone?)
• Being part of the creative process – got an idea for a new pie? We want to hear it
• Working alongside people who actually enjoy what they do – revolutionary, we know

Who We’re Hoping You Are

• You’ve survived the kitchen wars – previous experience in a busy kitchen is a must, and if you’ve tamed a wood-fired oven before, you’re basically our hero
• You speak fluent dough – you know the difference between 65% and 70% hydration, and why it matters
• You don’t panic when things get crazy – because they will, and that’s half the fun
• You care about the details – from the perfect basil placement to keeping your station spotless
• You’re someone we’d want to grab a beer with – good communication skills, positive energy, and English fluency are essential (speak other languages too? Even better!)
