The operator will be a crucial part of our harvest team year-round, operating forklifts, telehandlers, and small tactors to support our berry farm operations by:

• Conducting daily prestart on all machinery operated, reporting any issues with maintenance or servicing via SafeAG safety application
• Loading and unloading delivery trucks with a forklift or telehandler
• Delivery berries from site to pack shed in preparation for dispatch
• Delivery packaging from pack shed to site as required for harvest crews
• Store berries and packaging in accordance with company policies and procedures
• AD hoc operating and farm tasks during low season will be required

Requirements

• Operating experience including forklift, telehandlers, and small tractors
• Valid forklift license
• Experience in a busy dispatch/packing shed/warehouse environment
• Able to accurately keep written records
• Commitment to food safety, personal hygiene, and work health and safety practices

Offering

• Full time, year-round, secure employment. Approx 38 hours per week however reasonable additional hours will be expected during peak harvest times (November-May). MUST be available on weekends as rostered
• Salary circa $63,000 + Super
• Immediate start

The work location will commence at either our Exton or Elizabeth Town site depending on roster.
