We’re looking for hardworking and motivated individuals to join our team at Ketler Farms Inc. as General Farm Labourers. Whether you already have farm experience or are just eager to learn, this is a great opportunity to work in Ontario’s agricultural industry.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Planting stuff, harvesting stuff – basically helping food grow (pretty cool when you think about it)
• Working inside when it’s freezing, outside when it’s nice
• Using actual tools instead of just your laptop for once
• Being part of a team that actually depends on each other
• Following safety rules (because farms can be dangerous if you’re not paying attention)

It’s physical work, not gonna lie. Your FitBit’s gonna love you, but your couch potato lifestyle? Not so much.

What We’re Looking For

English: You gotta be able to chat with the team – safety first and all that

School Stuff: They literally don’t care if you went to university or dropped out in grade 10. They’ve had both types work there, and guess what? Some of the best workers never saw the inside of a college

Experience: Ever worked on a farm? Cool. Never seen a cow up close? Also cool. They’ll teach you everything you need to know
