Costa Delray is looking for hardworking, motivated folks to join our farm crew this season! We’re hiring 379 full-time workers to help grow and ship beautiful plants from our farm in Venus, FL.

What You’ll Do

You’ll have a variety of tasks depending on the day, like:

• Planting young plants on our conveyor line
• Trimming and pruning plants to keep them looking their best
• Watering and fertilizing
• Loading plants onto shipping racks and getting them ready to go
• Cleaning up work areas, maintaining equipment, and general farm tasks
• Using tools like forklifts, tractors, trimmers, and even bobcats
• Helping with irrigation, soil mixing, spraying (we’ll train you!), and setting up shade houses

You’ll work outdoors and in greenhouses—this job keeps you moving and on your feet.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of previous farm, nursery, or similar experience
• Able to work in a team, follow directions, and stay on task
• Willing to work in all types of weather
• Must be reliable and safety-conscious
