We’re looking for someone who actually enjoys being out on a tractor and knows their way around a farm. At Mr Kiwi Private Limited, our tractors are a huge part of what we do, so we need an operator who treats the gear like their own and isn’t afraid to get their hands a little dirty.

What You’ll Be Doing

It’s more than just driving from point A to point B. You’ll be the heart of our field operations:

• The Main Gear: Driving tractors for a variety of farm tasks—pulling equipment, transporting materials, and pushing through the daily to-do list.
• Tech & Precision: Using laser leveling equipment to make sure our fields are perfectly prepped.
• Maintenance: We need someone who keeps an eye on the machinery. You’ll be doing regular checks, lubricating parts, and handling basic repairs to make sure we don’t have any downtime.
• Communication: Keeping the Farm Manager in the loop if you notice anything that needs fixing or a gear upgrade.

What We Need From You

• Experience: You’ve got at least one year of experience behind the wheel of a tractor.
• Flexibility: Farming follows the sun, not the clock. We need someone who can handle early starts, late finishes, or weekend shifts when the work piles up.
• Reliability: You’re someone who shows up on time, manages your day well, and uses your head to solve problems on the fly.
• Safety: You’re careful, alert, and always keep things at a safe speed.
