Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Meeting and greeting customers
• Providing fast and efficient service with departures and returns
• Quality check for departing and returning RVs
• Demonstrating features of the RV rental fleet
• Solving customer concerns and/or issues in a friendly manner
• Basic administrative duties, processing of financial transactions and reports
• Other duties as assigned by the manager

• Subject to location organization and structure:

• Shuttling customers from/to hotels and the airport
• Create quotes and confirm reservations

To be successful in this role, you should possess the followingQualifications and Skills:

• Have excellent customer service and communication skills
• Have a friendly outgoing personality and love working with an international clientele
• Be fluent in English (Preferred German, French, or Dutch-speaking)
• Be confident working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines
• Care about people and have a desire to be part of a team who cares deeply about making customers’ vacation dreams come true
