The Star Sydney is currently looking for a full time Cook to join our Culinary team in Harvest, Sydney’s most popular buffet. This is a great opportunity for aspiring chefs to learn and grow alongside some of the best Chefs in Sydney.

Ideal candidates will have:

• FULL working rights with full availability to cover 7 day a week roster
• Previous experience in a commercial kitchen is desired
• Strong understanding of produce, culinary techniques and kitchen equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume operation
• Exceptional eye for detail
• The right “can-do” attitude and willingness to learn new cuisines and techniques.
• Flexibility to work and commit on a rotating roster that can include mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
