Are you hands-on with farm machinery and up for a real adventure down under? We’re looking for a skilled agricultural technician who’s ready to spend at least a year with us in New Gisborne, someone who can hit the ground running and help lead the charge in our day-to-day operations.

What you’ll be doing

Working out of our modern workshop in New Gisborne, you’ll be assembling and maintaining agricultural equipment year-round for top brands like HORSCH, AGCO, Krone, and MacDon. We also take on projects across Australia—everything from putting together grain silos to servicing machines on-site. Because we work with so many different brands and types of equipment, you’ll never be doing the same thing twice.

What we’re looking for

• Someone who’s genuinely excited about living and working in Australia for at least 12 months
• A completed Mechanical Apprenticeship or Level 4 vocational qualification (or something similar) in Agricultural Engineering, Agrotechnics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Solid technical skills and a few years of real-world experience working on farm machinery
• Ideally, you’ve had some experience leading a team or coordinating work
• You’re happy to travel around Australia when we need boots on the ground at different sites
• A valid driver’s license (Category B)
• Good English skills so you can communicate with the team and clients
