Are you someone who enjoys working outdoors and getting your hands dirty? Pure Beauty Farms is looking for hard-working individuals to help us grow and care for beautiful plants in our nursery this season. No prior experience needed—just a good work ethic and a positive attitude!
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be part of a team taking care of flowers, shrubs, and all sorts of green things. Some of the things you’ll be doing include:
- Preparing soil and planting seeds or seedlings
- Watering, weeding, pruning, and trimming plants
- Transplanting into pots, baskets, or flats
- Loading and unloading plant orders
- Moving plants around the greenhouse or field
- Tagging and getting shipments ready
- Helping out with general clean-up and greenhouse maintenance
Types of plants you’ll work with
Bedding plants, annuals, perennials, roses, mums, vegetables, succulents—even poinsettias closer to the holidays!
Things to know
- This is a full-time job with 40 hours/week (7 AM to 3 PM).
- You’ll work outside in all kinds of weather—hot, humid, windy, or cold.
- You’ll need to be able to lift up to 50 lbs and follow instructions carefully.
- If you end up driving a company vehicle, you’ll need a valid license and a clean driving record.
- Some tasks may require teamwork or use of small farm equipment.
- Random drug testing may be done at no cost to you.
No experience? No problem.
We’ll train you. Just bring your motivation and willingness to work.
