Become a part-time Holiday Brand Ambassador for a major video gaming company!

Schedule: Monday – Saturday (20-25 hours per week)

Program dates: 10/2/23 – 12/31/23

Pay: $18/hr + completion bonus

***Saturday shift is required**

About the Position

2020 Companies has partnered with a large video game company to hire Holiday Brand Ambassadors in your area! In this role, you will assist in merchandising displays, driving sales, and creating buzz and excitement around the brand and products in your local big box retailer(s). You will maintain brand standards, demonstrate products to customers and create memorable brand experiences. You will be responsible for building rapport with customers and professional relationships with store management and employees.

Day-in-the-Life

• Merchandise and refresh displays
• Verify inventory and refill product within the retailer’s rules of engagement
• Validate product placement and pricing
• Engage consumers when appropriate
• Message store associates on the features and benefits of the products/services
• Engage and build rapport with customers by creating a memorable experience
• Conduct demo days when scheduled and in maintaining all brand standards
• Maintain professional relationships with management and staff within assigned stores
• Responsible for reporting, photos, and competitive insights

• Be a problem solving, gaming enthusiast
• Have an outgoing personality and be eager to learn
• Be comfortable engaging with customers and demonstrating products and creating memorable experiences
• Ability to partner with store management to ensure brand standards are met
• Ability to ensure product placement, pricing, and display integrity
• Training or product demonstration experience a plus
• 1 year of job experience required

Job Description:

• Responsible for increasing sales and brand awareness at retail locations
• Promote and train on specific products and/or services
• Ensure the retailer is merchandised to brand standards
• Administer approved training and sales tactics
• Build and maintain partnerships with retail personnel and store leadership

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged time standing, up to 8 hours
• Ability to walk, bend, twist, squat, and climb, as well as upper and lower body mobility
• Lift 10 to 25 pounds from floor to eye level depending on work assignment

Qualifications:

• Six (6)+ months of prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience preferred
• Must have a smart wireless device to be used for scheduling and reporting
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be willing to submit to background and drug check
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Capable and willing to interact with consumers
