Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position) : $51,339 – $69,459

Collaborate with leadership teams across the organization to successfully transition our valuable customers between Relationship Management Teams. As an integral member of the Relationship Management Process (RMP) team, you’ll assist with the scheduling and execution of training activities performed within the function. Help analyze and refine the effectiveness of programs delivered by the RMP Team to foster the continuous improvement of support provided to Operations. This position is designated bilingual (English and French), and the successful candidate must be able to communicate in both of Canada’s official languages.

• Co-ordinate elements of standard corporate-level, cross-divisional or single-division projects
• Make thoughtful administrative decisions
• Pitch in to help the team as needed
