About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Cook/Chef to join our vibrant team at Burger Club Lounge in Dubbo, NSW. As a full-time Cook/Chef, you’ll be responsible for preparing and cooking a range of delicious burgers and other menu items to delight our customers. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Preparing, cooking and presenting a variety of burger dishes and other menu items to a high standard
• Ensuring all food preparation and service is carried out in line with food safety and hygiene regulations
• Assisting with menu planning and development to continually improve and expand our offering
• Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment
• Providing excellent customer service and contributing to a positive team culture

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a Cook or Chef, preferably within the hospitality or catering industry
• Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Enthusiasm for creating innovative, delicious burger dishes
• Food safety and hygiene certification

What we offer

Willing to offer 482 & 407 visa sponsorship if needed. Business is also DAMA accredited; therefore, DAMA 482 is also available if required
