We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist with a specialized focus on switchboard operations. Positioned discreetly behind the front desk, this role transforms you into the silent architect of the hotel’s seamless operation. In addition to answering and directing calls, this position is also responsible for forwarding in-house calls from various departments, answering general customer inquiries, handling lost and found calls, conducting calls to guests onsite, and completing basic administrative tasks.
If this position is something right up your alley, you should enjoy interacting with guests over the phone, working in a team environment and have a can do attitude! A background in customer service is essential, and previous experience in a reception, administration or hotel environment will give you a major leg up! This is a full-time position that requires open availability during the week and typically runs from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm shifts.
